For reference, I have a Galaxy S20+5g with a curved screen. A small crack on the curve ruined the LCD and touch response, making it constantly flash and work inconsistently. It took a few days for the parts to arrive (i opted out of the express repair since i had an old phone to use in the meantime), but I dropped it off in the evening and it was repaired before noon the next day. I was quoted $400 by every company you can imagine, and paid $240 with Gordo. Could not be happier with the service. He offered legitimate invoices and automated email, replied within the hour, repaired my phone quickly, and was so incredibly nice throughout the entire process. I'll certainly be coming to him for any other repairs I need.
