I have been a customer with the Credit Union for 40 years, first with York Credit Union which was later taken over by Omista. Since this takeover I have seen a serious decline in the services with less user friendly hours and, most recently, repeated security issues concerning many different account holders using Debit Mastercards. The tellers at the counter are wonderful being very apologetic and understanding about frustrations. But the branch manager, Tracey, has been nothing but rude even going as far as to make snippy snide remarks about customers purchases being at fault for the security breaches and flat out lying to my face. I have had multiple bad interactions with her and if I hadn’t been a customer for so long, I would have left after the first one.

I have been a member for more than two decades, starting back when they were still the York Credit Union. I joined when TD Bank took over my Trust company and I walked around the corner. I have never had a serious issue and have always found the staff more than pleasant and the line ups are rarely long.

My late husband and I first joined "York" Credit Union in 1981. Over 40 years we watched the organization and the movement grow and develop. I tell friends about the values inherent in the credit union movement, and I feel welcomed and appreciated by those who work there. Good for you, Omista.

I absolutely do not like this bank! The staff are really rude and obviously hate their job. I have never see anything like this in all of my life. I mean i've never loved a bank before but they do their job of being effective. This one however, I get a headache walking into the place. They have accused us of stealing from clients even! Wow. I do not recommend this bank to anyone!
