Highly Recommended Dental Clinic! I’ve been with Dr. Yixi since 2022, and I can confidently say that the level of care and service I’ve received has always been exceptional. Even though I had my braces done in the Philippines, this clinic has consistently gone above and beyond by cleaning and changing my elastics regularly without any issues. Every visit is hassle-free — from booking appointments to insurance billing. They handle everything, including processing claims, which really takes the stress off my shoulders. I also appreciate how they send reminders a week before and even call again the day before my appointment. It shows how much they truly care about their patients. The receptionists are incredibly polite, welcoming, and always greet you with a smile. Plus, I love the thoughtful little freebies they give after each visit — it’s such a nice touch! One thing that really stands out is that most of the dentists here have soft, gentle hands. Every time I come in, I feel at ease knowing I’m well taken care of and that I have nothing to worry about. Dr. Yixi is especially attentive. She always checks in on my progress and carefully explains the next steps for my dental care, making me feel like a valued patient, not just another number. I also appreciate how they take the time to educate me — whether it’s the proper brushing technique or recommending the best dental tools suited for my teeth. You can truly feel that patient care is their top priority. If you’re looking for a dental clinic that’s professional, caring, and stress-free, I highly recommend this place! My daughter and I have been coming with Dr. Luo for years! She is so amazing, gentle and professional. Dr. Luo expertly and thoroughly went through our exams, discussed plans for future services, and let us know every step before action to steady our nerves. Super friendly to kids. This clinic is fantastic! The space is clean, modern, and everything is brand new since they only opened in the past few years. They really focus on making patients feel comfortable, and the whole experience is smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re in for a cleaning, a filling, or orthodontic work, they’re professional, skilled, and super thorough. They’re also amazing with kids—so patient and great at helping them feel at ease.
