I called and spoke with Jeff requesting quotes on my policies as they are up for renewal with another independent agent He said he wasn't interested in someone trying to save 5.00 and promptly hung up. My rates have gone up over 100% in the last 3 years for a totaling over 7,000.00. So Jeff, it would take a lot more than 5.00 and you just lost the opportunity to gain a long term customer. BTW, I was with the same company and agent for 28 years until my agent retired. My last claim of any kind was for hail over 14 years ago.
