Om Shanti Yoga is an amazing studio with excellent instructors (Jen and Debra are my favorites) and incredibly convenient classes that can be shared online when days/times do not overlap with my schedule. Every single class is new and engaging. I also love Jen’s yoga strength class for toning and strength!

I have been going to Om Shanti Yoga since it opened in the Spring. I love their space, their vibe, and their classes. As a transplant from MD, I was searching for a place where I could connect with people authentically and this was it. They make everyone feel welcome, regardless of what level of yogi you are. I'm a sweaty, wobbly, shaky mess most of the time, but as the owner Jen says, "I'm a beautiful sweaty, wobbly, shaky mess." A place where you can be you. I highly recommend it.

I found Om Shanti while visiting my parents last month -- I took 4 different classes with 4 different instructors and absolutely love everything about this studio! The space is fabulous; the instructors are amazing -- each has a unique style. The vibe and atmosphere are welcoming, inclusive and grounding. I will absolutely return daily on my next visit to Florida!
