Absolutely horrible customer service. Contacted them because an ornament I purchased as a gift arrived broken. They showed absolutely no empathy and after replying to my initial inquiry about available replacement options with “send photos” then basically replied to the photos by implying that it wouldn't have been possible for the ornament to break in transit and that the ornament is “retired and out of stock”. Avoid at all costs as they don’t value their customers and lack any sort of basic customer service skills.

I like to buy ornaments here for first Christmas together for late fall weddings. The wedding type ornaments are beautiful and pair well with a gift certificate to someplace practical . I also often buy one special ornament there each year for myself and I love the exquisite and varied selection. I have also bought the reproductions of vintage ornaments to replace the worn ones from my childhood. They even reproduced the original boxes. Last year I chose them to buy an ornament to celebrate my engagement and this year I plan to buy an ornament to celebrate our first Christmas as a married couple. Obviously I think their ornaments make great keepsakes.

I was in the shop this week and was so pleased to see all of the new ornaments. It is always a treat to see all blown glass ornaments and the German woodwork. The staff was especially helpful in helping me pick out something special and unique for a baby shower gift. Thank you for such a nice place to shop!
