I purchased some clothes from H&M in Burjuman Center, but a few items didn’t fit, so I went back to return them. During my first refund request, the staff told me that my card was "locked," so the refund failed, and they asked me to check with my bank. However, my bank confirmed there was no issue with my card. A few days later, I returned to the store, and a woman who claimed to be the store manager treated me rudely. She aggressively questioned why I wanted a refund, scrutinizing every detail of my purchase, and even complained that I had "spent 4 hours in store and tried on clothes for too long" (which was completely untrue). The way she was acting was incrediblyy unpleasant and rude. She initially refused to process the refund and insisted on giving me a gift card instead, which I declined. After I insisted on a refund, she attempted to process it to my bank card again—but it failed (due to their system issue, not because my card was locked). I then requested a cash refund, but she refused and said she would have to manually request a bank transfer from their finance team, which would take **up to 14 days**. After giving me back the refund ticket，she simply walked away without even a basic courtesy like “please”，"thank you," or "goodbye." Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional, and I have no idea how someone like her became a store manager. After 14 days passed with no refund, I visited the store for the **third time**. This time, the manager changed her story, claiming it was **"14 business days"** (not calendar days) and even blamed me for "coming too late in the day," suggesting I should visit in the morning instead. (As if I don’t have a job to attend to during the day!) She promised to follow up with their finance team and assured me the refund would arrive within **three days**. I asked if I could get a **cash refund** if it failed again, and she agreed. Of course, after three days, **still no refund**. On my **fourth visit**, she once again made excuses, telling me to "keep waiting." Later, I discovered that she had **never actually contacted their finance team** about the cash refund or even checked why the refund was delayed. When she finally showed me a message from their finance team, it stated that the refund was **"pending"** from the bank. I asked why it was pending, but she refused to explain and rudely blamed me for my bank—even though my bank confirmed they had never received any refund request. It was clearly just another stalling tactic. I demanded a cash refund again, but she refused. It has now been **nearly 20 days** since my initial refund request, and I still haven’t received my money.She could have applied for a cash refund at the very beginning，she just refused to do that，and choose to lie to customer saying it was impossible. I will formally file a complaint against this H&M store manager and I will never ever purchase from HM again

The cashiers scheduled on June 21,2025 night time at Burjuman mall branch are very rude!!! They don’t respect the customers, and they prioritized the people wearing in Abaya. They are scared and very disrespectful. These cashier are require to be brief and trained how to assist and deal with customers.

Huge 2 storey branch in Burjuman Mall. Separate section for women, men, and kids collection. They started to display puffer jackets and tweed blazers while it's still so hot in Dubai in September. I like H&M for their simplicity and durability.
