This company is shady and not promise anything they say. We had a rent house with them in Norman and had a lease agreement that they took over stating we could make partial payments if need be and they okayed it at first but later three months left until the end of the lease they decided to demand full payments even though I’ve communicated with them and the reps okayed with payments. I even mailed in a check to the address they gave me to pay the full rent and they still didn’t accept and evicted us. They are liars and cheats and won’t work no one. Also come to find out they ran our neighbors out as well from what they said. And after leaving the townhomes they forced us out of seems they made changes to it and remodeled it. Seems like they ran us out so they could remodel what the purchased.
