Order kamar sengaja jauh2 hari, pilih kamar dgn fasilitas kamar mandi pribadi + fasilitasnya. Pas cek in petugasnya bilang kamar yg kita order penuh, dan kita dialihkan ke hostel lain di sebelahnya (hal paling kocak yg pernah gue alami selama nginep di hotel manapun). Ternyata cuma kamar dengan kamar mandi sharing. Setelah itu kita komplain, yang bener aja kita dikasih kamar bukan sesuai order dan beda jauhhhhh sama deskripsi & foto. Terus dikasih opsi pindah kamar lagi di Oke baik hostel. Eh ternyata kamar yg dikasih sama aja, ini tampaknya kamar yg baru banget dipake orang karena lantai kamar mandinya aja masih basah. Kamar mandi kotor & pintunya rusak ngga bisa dikunci. Akhirnya karena udah bad mood ngga jadi nginep disini dan langsung order hotel lain. Terimakasih sudah bikin mood gue ancur di hari ulang tahun gue.
Ruangannya bersih dan nyaman, stafnya juga baik dan sangat membantu, it’s a good place buat singgah untuk istirahat sebelum wisata keliling yogya
Kalau ada bintang 6 sudah aku kasih bintang 6 , pelayanan sangat baik, tempatnya buat nyaman
