So I've officially taken 10 classes at OHMGrown Yoga! I typically just do the gym and soccer but this has become a great addition to my fitness/wellness routine and I LOVE it as a newbie. You're always encouraged to go at your own pace with no pressure, but you're challenged at the same time, which is great. Alyssa is amazing and has created a space that anyone would feel welcome. I must mention the ambiance is unreal. Alyssa adjusts the temperature and the music perfectly with the pace of the class, warming you up and cooling you down. I feel like I'm at the spa and a workout class all at the same time. If you're in Collingswood, Haddon Township, or the South Jersey area make sure you check this place out!

I absolutely love Ohmgrown and the space Alyssa has created! I have taken many yoga classes, at many different studios over the years, and Ohmgrown is one of my favorites. Alyssa's classes are challenging, yet supportive. She offers ways to deepen your practice, but also provides you the space to listen to your body and do what you need. Class moves at a great pace and I always feel incredible after leaving. It is one of my favorite ways to start the morning. Highly recommend Ohmgrown if you are looking for a yoga studio to join!

I have been attending classes at Ohm Grown for a couple years now and I am so grateful to have found the studio. Alyssa has created such a welcoming place and community and the instructors are all wonderful. It is not an exaggeration to say that I would not have made it through the last couple years without Ohm Grown. Ohmgrown is a beautiful, welcoming and inclusive community. The classes are accommodating and the space is clean and has a very calming vibe. The lighting is perfect, there are towels for clients to use. The teachers and clients are very kind.
