Krzysztof JareckiAbsolutely loved our experience at Ognisko! We visited the day after completing the London Marathon and were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — we even got to snap a few memorable photos with them! The food was outstanding — full of flavor and beautifully presented. As a special celebration, we tried a few shots of their unique vodka, which was the perfect touch. We couldn’t resist their desserts and coffee either — they looked amazing and tasted even better! Angela LauCame here for lunch on Sunday 12:45, we were able to get a table in the marquee in the sun which was nice but the marquee very quickly filled up by 1pm! We ordered appetizers, starters, mains, sides, desserts, cocktails and vodka shots and we seriously loved the food (the classic pierogi’s are awesome as are the blinis but the best thing for sure is the potato salad that came with the sausage is just wow! Highly recommended to come here for lunch or for dinner. The place is so grand and the service is swift.
Ben QiWe booked a table for our anniversary on February 16th and found the online reservation process to be quick and easy. Arriving around 1:00 PM, luckily found a parking space close to the restaurant. For our meal, we ordered the steak tartare, which had a unique taste—different from what we expected but still flavorful and an interesting experience. The roast chicken was excellent, with great taste and seasoning. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Since we were dining with our four-month-old baby, we needed a bit more space for the stroller. Fortunately, they helped arrange a larger seating area, which we had also requested during the online booking process. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, making for a nice dining experience overall. However, our experience took a turn at the end. As we left the table and moved to the lobby to feed our baby—allowing them to prepare the table for the next guests—one of the staff members abruptly came out and tossed a baby sock into our stroller without saying a word before walking back inside. While I acknowledged it with a “thanks,” the manner in which it was done felt quite rude and left a negative impression. Overall, we had a mostly great experience with delicious food and good service, but that final interaction soured the experience a bit.
Liza MarquezIt is one of the most beautiful restaurants we have been. Good ambience, service and atmosphere. Fantastic beautiful setting with white table linen cloth. Value for money matches the location and its service as well as the good quality food and cocktails they create and serve. One thing however was they accidentally overcharged us, when we called about this they listened and invited us to their lovely bar, which I liked as that signifies their respect to their customers. We did not get time to go but amazing gesture! Highly recommend.
