My kid and I absolutely love the open gym time. We work out together. I am finally able to prioritize my health while being with my family. The staff are welcoming. The facility has everything one could need to get fit and mobile for any level of fitness.

Awesome gym! It was exactly the gym and programs to help anyone doing obstacle races. The Obstacle 101 was incredible information and techniques to be able to conquer Spartan Race. I was impressed with the amount of obstacles covered. The equipment available is perfect for training for any obstacle race. I felt prepared and all the tips made all the difference on race day. All employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

My son Nikola had a great week at OCR. He has very high energy and I found that the staff at OCR are very good at leading and nurturing him. They are focused on helping him grow into a wonderful and respectful adult. I spoke with Josh about some challenges that Nikola was experiencing and from there we came up with an appropriate plan to correct the behaviour. Everything has been smooth sailing ever since! He is currently enrolled for 1 more week in July and I will be putting him into 2 more weeks in August. I would highly recommend OCR.
