I rented an office at OPBC for a couple of months and I would recommend it to anyone looking for short or long term office space rental. Here's why: - convenience: central location, no long term commercial lease, free parking for your clients etc etc.. - professionalism: facilities are extremely well appointed and you'll be able to work and host clients immediately, and very comfortably. Cost is also reasonable given the quality of the facilities. - well-being: do yourself a favour and check out the patio on the second floor. Picture yourself working there in the spring and summer, or just taking a break during your workday. Such an incredible space, I will miss it dearly.. Last but not least, Katherine and Susan are absolutely amazing and will make sure that your experience at OPBC is perfect. I really can't think of anything that I would change.

I recently started my first small business and have been using Ocean Pointe as a virtual office for a few months. Very reasonably priced and they have been excellent at receiving my business mail. As a lawyer, being served with documents is critical, and a single missed letter can be serious. They have not missed a single piece of mail and every time I get an email notification immediately when something comes in. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I have had an office at Ocean Point, both physical and virtual for the past 8 years and can say without hesitation that both Katherine and Susan have been outstanding to work with. The office is modern and gorgeous and perfect for those running a small business that require a presence. The professionalism that Susan the office manager displays answering the phones and preparing clerical and paperwork is beyond reproach. The ladies there even run to the bank for me when I'm out of town. Katherine the principal owner is an entrepreneur in her own right and goes far beyond the call the call of duty to ensure that all her clients/customers are well taken care of. This is an absolutely wonderful place and I can't recommend it highly enough. I've had an office here for 2 1/2 months and it's been fantastic. Every detail has been thought of, and the price is very reasonable. The Internet is fast, the offices are quiet and comfortable, there is secure 24/7 access, and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. If you are thinking about renting here - just go for it! I doubt you'll be disappointed.
