This company has become fraudulent. I took a box in January, I didn't have the time to do the packing and not enough things to fill it up. I did on August. I contacted this company, I wasn't told the rate had changed until when I was sent an invoice of £235 from charging per box to charging per kg. I asked for the return of my items because I couldn't pay more than 200% increase for the item. I asked for update and I have been ignored instead I was sent a reminder to pay the £235. I placed an order with a UK outlet delivery to be made direct to Ocean and Air Logistics. I was particularly worried as the items were quite fragile. I informed Ocean and Air Logistics of my reservations. My goods were carefully wrapped and repacked by O&A. They all arrived intact and on time. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely continue to use their services.
