Customer experiences
Services are good, their prices are very high.
It is one of the private clinics in Sylhet. However, the service of good quality hospitals is a bit less than that. The environment and service are fine.
The most worst hospital ever Most of female nurses are rude Dirty water Broken toilets Bunch of liars The nurse and internees play with their mobile phone when they are on duty I found the nurses are sleeping on duties I have to wake them up for urgent issues People are regretting after admitting their patient.
I had the most devastating and horrific experience at Oasis Hospital in Sylhet, and I strongly urge everyone to think twice—no, think a hundred times—before stepping into this butcherhouse disguised as a hospital. I admitted my sister here with high hopes, believing they would provide proper medical care and support. Instead, what I witnessed was nothing short of criminal negligence and inhumanity. Both my sister and her innocent daughter lost their lives under their so-called "care." The service at this hospital is beyond appalling. The staff were unprofessional, uncooperative, and displayed a shocking lack of empathy for patients and their families. The nurses were inattentive, and the doctors acted as though they were doing us a favor by even showing up. There was no communication, no updates, and no transparency about the treatment process. It felt as though they were experimenting rather than treating patients. To make matters worse, the hospital is nothing but a money-making machine. They charged an exorbitant amount for every single thing—medicines, tests, and services—without even delivering basic quality care. Despite the tragic loss of my sister and her child, they showed no compassion whatsoever. Instead, they demanded full payment, refusing to waive even a single penny. Their greed knows no bounds. The entire environment of the hospital is chaotic, mismanaged, and filthy. The facilities are far from what one would expect from a private hospital charging such high fees. Basic hygiene seemed to be a foreign concept to them, and the lack of proper equipment and resources was alarming. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hospital. It is a death trap run by people who prioritize profit over human lives. My family has been shattered due to their negligence and greed, and I would never wish this nightmare on anyone. If you value the lives of your loved ones, avoid Oasis Hospital at all costs. There are better options out there. Don’t risk your family’s lives in this pit of despair. What happened to us should never happen to anyone else. Rating: 0/5 (If there were an option to give negative stars, I would.)
Oasis Hospital Sylhet is a general hospital.
