Customer experiences
Amazing top of the notch experience at Oasis Spa @ Henderson! I highly recommend my aesthetician Jamie for a special touch with your facials! And your visit wouldn't be complete without their master skin specialist Elissa, who walked me through their high-end AI comprehensive skin analysis and knows well about all their products and services and how to address your skin issues. And finally the co-owner, Jazz, for her welcoming attitude and humility. I highly recommend Oasis Spa to everyone! Cheers!
Jamie was so professional and did a great job on my facial! She’s so knowledgeable and kind! Loved the treatment and how good it felt, so clean feeling and fresh!
This was my first time trying any facials and I loved it. It was so soothing and my face feels so good. I also love how Elissa took her time to explain the importance of taking care of your skin and drinking water. I definitely booked for a come back. Thank you Oasis Aesthetics.
The service itself was nice, their “consultation” afterwards was a very aggressive sales tactic to get you to spend a minimum of $2000. I felt very overwhelmed and it left a bad taste afterwards. I went home actually considering buying the $2000 package, but after the feelings of being overwhelmed and bombarded subsided, I realized that I didn’t like a few things. Firstly I will say, Jaz was nice. I liked her and she seemed somewhat genuine.. I know she was probably just doing her job; as everyone needs to make a living these days. It seems to be in their main objective for all Oasis Locations to have this “consultation/sales tactic” afterwards. In retrospect , the moment I walked in the door I was asked questions eluding to what I lack in order to “push” services on me afterwards. It’s like they kept throwing around every word I stated earlier soooo repetitively like “large pores, hyperpigmentation, fine lines” to get me to buy this $2000 package. It didn’t feel genuine. It just felt like I was being prayed upon. My facial ended at 1:30, I felt trapped in that room and ended up physically getting up and ending out at 2:20.
Oasis Aesthetics Spa is a facial spa.
