My experience with Sara Wegmann and Oakridge Real Estate was negative. It’s my opinion, that I received representation that was only in the best interest of my dual agent Sara Wegmann. It’s my feeling that I was not treated honestly. One of the contingencies on my purchase agreement was not met, which was bat mitigation. All entry points were supposed to be sealed, they were not sealed and bat mitigation was not mitigated. I would find this out after closing, in addition to numerous other things that I feel were concealed, exaggerated, and misinterpreted. I arrived from out of state to a home that was filthy, it was gross to be precise. It was bug and rodent infested with trash strewn about! I was actually told by Sara I’d want to come straight to the house and settle right in… look at the pictures, would you want to come settle into all this at 3:30 Am in the morning from the west Coast? I trusted Sara Wegmann to be ethical, honest, and to protect my interest, in the home buying process. It’s my opinion and my experience that this did not happen. Sara Wegmann in addition to Dan Berrgaard one of the partners at Oakridge real estate were both made aware of the situation. It’s been 23 months and neither Sara Wegmann or Oakridge Real Estate have done anything to try to resolve the situation. I would personally not recommend Sara Wegmann or Oakridge Real Estate, based off of my actual horrendous home buying experience . I feel defrauded, and bamboozled. I sure wish I would have had the real estate agent that was the “cats meow” and perhaps “Jesus” should have guided her in the code of ethics, and standards of practice… just a thought based off of my experience with Sara Wegmann and Oakridge Real Estate. please see the pictures.

There was a rough start with my particular event. I just want to say that not everything can go amoothly all the time but this agency went out of the way to help correct and explain everything. For that, I would say that they're above and beyond. The owner / manager is fantastic. They really worked with me. And I am very appreciative of that.
