This location has the worst office staff. They are never available and when they are, they huff and puff, are rude and disrespectful and have an attitude because you’re inconveniencing their personal cell phone calls or their babysitting time with their kids that they have with them. Most of the time they just have a sign at the window saying they’ll be back in 20 minutes and that is frequent. They will tell you that if you don’t like staying there, you can stay somewhere else pretty much telling you that you were not welcome there instead of fixing the issue that is the problem which the problem is they need to fire all the office staff and find people more confident to do their jobs without issue and not speak to guests unprofessionally. They need to answer the phones since they don’t do that either. Where do you guys find these people because this is who is representing Red Roof. Don’t stay at this location. There are much better Red Roof locations nearby with better front office staff that actually care and are friendly. The rooms are nice though. WiFi never worked. Housekeeping does a better job than the office staff. Maybe they should be in charge.

Absolutely love this place. It is affordable, safe, accommodations are great. The management is wonderful, The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and helpful at all times. The housekeepers are always available when you need them with clean linens for your room. The building is secluded and quiet. Vending room is always stocked. It's pet friendly and has the baggies available for your pups mess. I would recommend to anyone for business or vacation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The location is questionable, with lots of people smoking and doing drugs outside, especially during the night. The room where my wife stayed was dirty, a foul smell was coming out of the air conditioning filter, the bathroom was full of molds and mildews and there was a missing smoke detector. Add people fighting until 4am in the neighboring rooms and you get the idea of the awfulness. She had to check out after just one night as the situation was unbearable but the staff was extremely rude and totally unwilling to come to any resolution. Don’t waste your time and money and go elsewhere.

I discovered bed bugs in my room and immediately reported it. Despite multiple attempts to reach management, I received no response, no refund, and no compensation for the suffering and inconvenience. When I asked the front desk for the manager’s contact information, the staff outright refused to provide it, saying she “cannot give the number.” This is a serious health and safety issue, and the complete lack of accountability is appalling. Red Roof Inn failed to address the problem, failed to take responsibility, and failed their guest. I will never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid this place at all costs.
