My only complaint is, I would like a copy of my paperwork. I did call and request a copy was told it would be emailed and I have not yet received it. Other than that. I was very happy.
Kevin JensenI purchased a used 2018 Impala Premier on June 17th It had a studder in the transmission. The service department said they would fix it and I could pick it up tomorrow. I came back the next day and signed the contract. As I drove home it still had trouble. I returned the next day and they said we will check it out. I was told they replaced the cooling lines and flushed it twice. I drove back to my house. It still has a problem I took it to a shop that said the transmission could be broken. I drove back to Oakland Chevrolet Upset! They said they will find out what the trouble is on July 1 /2024 I left the car with them. No calls were returned after the first week! I called again the second week got no answers! I called again the third week and was told that the transmission needs to be replaced. It is in LA and is shipped this week. The CEO? Head guy said I should get a service contract for my used car I said good idea, for $2000 for two years. I agree when I picked up my car today
Theresa RustOne star for everyone but Diana. Took my Chevy Bolt for a recall, and they had my vehicle for 5 weeks -- it took them 8 days to get the paperwork filled out to get me a rental from GM. Then it took them several weeks to diagnose the problem because they have one EV tech, and another few weeks to get the part. Upon receipt of part, they took an additional 4 days. All this time, the only person honest that GM might take forever to ship a part was Dianna. Then when I sent all my paperwork to GM, this dealership took THREE WEEKS to send the repair number so I can get a refund for the car rental I paid for out of my own pocket. I paid out over $1100 out of pocket in December and January, and I have yet to see a dime.
