The guy on the desk when I arrived was not interested. I stated I was booked in for an MOT and he just asked for my keys and asked if I was waiting. I said no. When I got home I realised he didn't ask for my number - so after waiting in most of the day I had to call back to see if it was ready. Phone was unanswered twice. When I got through he said it was ready to collect - insinuating it had passed. When I arrived I found out it had failed on a broken coil/spring and that it could be fixed in a couple of weeks and retested in around 3 weeks. This was an unacceptable waiting time due to expiry of my MOT. The chap was not helpful and couldn't look MORE bored/unbothered. Its a shame as in the past this branch has been good - but from now on I will be giving my business to local garages instead.

Booked a brake appointment, arrived 5 minutes early and they took my keys. 45 minutes later without even looking at my car they ordered the parts in front of me and said they would arrive in about 3 hours. Why book and then wait for 45 minutes to be told the parts would be 3 hours? Seemed nice lads but where is the management of process. Customers arrived and left without an appointment whilst I waited, my experience was ludicrous.

Friendly and accommodating staff, multi-tasking with a number of customers/requests and someone else that drove in without an appointment. Everyone was dealt with quickly and professionally. Impressed.

Because I felt I had been ripped off. I did not know the details of my bill as I was not offered a paper copy, it was sent by email, presumably to avoid customers querying before paying. When I expressed shock at the total cost I was told "If you are going to drive a nice car, you have got to expect to keep paying." This attitude echoed my welcome on arrival when I was told "You can't stop here, park over there." I was then left sitting in the empty reception area, listening to nauseous KwikFit adverts, for 10 minutes, while they finished their chat...
