Oak Electric just performed my generator's first annual maintenance. Victoria was great in navigating through my appointments to come to a mutual date and time that would work. Kyle arrived as scheduled and called to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly and went out of his way to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced. He was very knowledgeable and shared some very valuable tips. He worked efficiently and neatly. I really like the instant email of all his photos and notes attached to the paid invoice (thank you for the senior discount!!) I've been very happy with all of my interactions with Oak Electric so far.

I had electrical outlets installed for my outdoor cameras and a dedicated circuit put in for a bathroom heated floor. Perry and AJ did a good job and updated me as they worked. They did cut a wire while installing the dedicated circuit and had to cut out a small section of drywall to repair the cut wire. They did a good job of repairing the wall. It took two days to finish but they cleaned up after each day. I have had Oak Electric install a whole house generator and now some electrical work and am very happy with both jobs. They do good work and make sure the customer is satisfied and happy when the job is completed. I would definitely recommend them.

Oak Electric was fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was exceptional from the day I put my quote request in to the day my generator was installed. The person that did our quote for a whole home generator was friendly and knowledgeable.They were able to answer all our questions with confidence. They even wrote us up a quote for a future project. The team that handled our generator installation were on time, efficient and respectful of our home. The install was done in one day in about 5 hours and they informed me of any power interruptions before they happened. Very happy with our decision to work with Oak Electric for my whole home generator.
