susan tranFirst time at this salon, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. My hairstylist today name was TY, very knowledgeable and sweet. I did a wash and blow dry. My bottom hair is a bit fried, I think the blow dryer is to hot. I should do a treatment next time. Overall experience was very nice and relaxing. The salon was clean and gorgeous decorated. Also there’s a bar in the salon, I met Noah. Super friendly and easy going. He made me my sweet cocktail drinks. Love the employees at this location.

Laetitia KhouriI never post negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This was my first visit because my usual esthetician isn’t doing well, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I booked a nail polish change, and every other time I’ve had this service, it included filing, shaping, and polish application. However, the technician here barely filed my nails (despite two being broken), insisted that she this wasn’t included, and simply applied polish—then charged me $31 for it. I was too shy to say anything at the time because she seemed in a bad mood, and I just wanted to be done and leave. But when my mom called back to address the issue, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all—there are plenty of other salons that provide better service for less money.
