This is mostly in part to Dr. Mita, she is by far the best dentist I have ever used. She knows exactly what she is doing, is extremely effective and efficient, is friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. I feel so grateful to have found her and this practice. I am confident that I have found my perminate dentist for life!

The dental care I’ve received at Ever Care has always been solid - I’ve been going here for the last 2 to 3 years, however my experience with their front desk has been bad. Recently there was a lot of miscommunication around whether the office was considered in-network with my insurance. The office did not tell me ahead of my scheduled appointment (that I had made 6 months prior) that they were no longer working with Delta Dental PPO, over email or a call. When I arrived for my appointment, they said their “relationship changed” and that my cleaning/x-rays would still be fully covered, but I would have to pay and get reimbursed by Delta. Long story short, I ended up not getting a full refund from Delta, and when I reached out to Ever Care, reception was incredibly rude when I asked for a refund, saying I should have been fully aware of the change and that “a relationship change” is equivalent to no longer being in-network. After pressing on the phone, I was able to get the difference refunded thankfully, but the experience with Eileen was quite unpleasant and unprofessional. I would advise the staff to be more clear when these changes happen, and for any current/future patients to make sure you’re aware before showing up.

Amazing experience all around. Front desk was very welcoming, the dental hygienist Lily was very detailed and thorough in her cleaning, and Dr. Lee was extremely kind and informative and took time to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend
