Bill and Trey did a fantastic job for me moving apartments. I will take these guys over any other big moving companies in the area that overcharge. Excellent services and very fair prices. Did everything in a timely manner with efficiency and quickness. Also they are great people. Give them the business!!!

Our move was great thanks to Number 1 Moving and Cleaning. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. After we had 2 big moving companies cancel on us we reached out to Number 1 Moving and Cleaning with our move from Charleston SC to Denver Colorado. Without hesitation they said they could move us in the short time frame we had and wouldn’t bail on us. We had a large tool chest weighing over 1000lbs loaded up with tools and a number of larger items but with great communication our move was fast and efficient. The day of the move they arrived while we were still packing, they were all so kind and helpful in helping us finish packing. We couldn’t believe that in less than 3 hours our entire house was packed and on it’s way. They also took such great care to not damage anything or cause any damage as they carried larger items downstairs or through hallways. The movers arrived the morning after we both arrived (3 days of driving). Within a few hours we were unloaded. We did have a few items damaged in the move including our washing machine. We understood that these things happen and was an accident outside of all of our control. We weren’t mad in the slightest as Bill was awesome at getting the ball rolling on the insurance claim and getting us reimbursed that day so we could get a new washer. (I just wish the Lowes by us was as good as Number 1 Moving and Cleaning were as we’re still waiting for Washer #3 to be delivered after 2 bad deliveries). From the moment we first talked to Bill until after we had been moved in we had nothing but amazing things to say about Number 1 Moving and Cleaning. They took what had been a nightmare of a move from day 1 to the easiest and fastest move we’ve ever had. If you’re looking to move and have even the slightest bit of hesitation stop and reach out to Number 1 Moving and Cleaning, you will not regret it!

Bill and his crew did a great job on my move into my first house! We moved here from a big city a few years ago and never had issues with movers, but the initial company we went with locally did a terrible job. We were a little weary of moving again due to that experience, but Bill was kind and was there every step of the move to put our fears at ease. His team did a great job and was efficient. We will definately use them again and are glad we found them!

Billy from Number 1 Moving and Cleaning was referred to me by a close friend who has hired them in the past. We had a large in-town move in Charleston and they were able to schedule us quickly, right when we needed them, for a good price, and handled everything. The crew was careful of our belongings, packed them well, took them apart nicely, moved them, and then set them back up. It was great. I’ll call Billy next time and definitely recommend him and his team.
