Anna OI hadn't had my hair cut for 5 years after I had cancer and it was very long and I was nervous about losing the length as my hair was so important to me. I explained this to kyle. However he began to cut my hair free hand without a comb or washing it.He never asked me if I was ok with what he was doing and he chopped away. Mainly on one side . I was not comfortable at all And I asked him to stop but I was unable to get through to him and he kept brushing me off. When he had finished One side of my hair was three inches shorter than the other there were very short layers through one side the back was all Over the place with just one long strand left of how it used to be. I was so devastated I couldn't return to the salon as no one could believe what he had done to my hair. I honestly am dumbfounded why someone would do that . I paid a Lot of money to have it rectified but it is much shorter and full Of short layers as there was no option but to try and even it up. I am Apparently not the only person. To have had this experience with Kyle. I met a friend whose daughter had a similar story.
