After a 90 minute consultation for new siding, I was told it would be $63,000 if we waited but that this price was only good for one year, $50,655 with a discount that is running for the next 30 days of 1/2 off material, OR $36,471 if I signed a contract and agreed to go with them that day. I did appreciate that he gave me till 7pm to make the final decision but still felt pressure only to find out from getting 3 other quotes all from companies with 5star reviews and A+ on BBB that even with the highest quality product my house should cost no more than $25,000 for complete siding replacement. And the $36,000 quote was without new gutters. The other quotes were for the same product and included having gutters replaced. The salesman was very nice and professional and I appreciated that he did not try to change my mind when I told him we were not going to proceed, but I feel like I was being tricked/duped after receiving the other quotes and seeing just how much more costly it would be with Nulook. Perhaps they are just outstandingly better than all other 5star A+ companies in Maryland, but $25,000 difference is A LOT.

I have been needing a new roof for a while, called several places. No complaints specifically about any of the competition I called to compare. I chose Nu Look to install our new roof mostly because of the refreshing low pressure consult. Other companies trying to sell a product obviously used high pressure sales gimmicks to try and motivate me to buy "today". Nu Look didn't do that and I appreciate it. Regarding the install as promised the crew arrived around 7am, had the roof stripped by 9, roof complete and grounds cleaned up by 7:30pm! Cleanup was very good, yes I walked the area the next day and found plenty of nails and a little trash. For the size of the project and the speed in which they got it done I can't complain. Having worked construction I know site cleanup can be a pain and nobody is ever as picky as the home owner. I would definitely recommend Nu Look, the pricing is fair and in line with the other bigger companies. Yes the smaller guys will be significantly cheaper. For me a warranty that will be around longer than a smaller shop is worth the piece of mind and extra money. Thanks guys for a great looking new roof! Replaced all 22 windows of our home with expensive Marvin Infinity windows supplied by NuLook. The did a very bad job, using plastic trims for fiberglass windows that looked cheap. The biggest window in the home was damaged and could not be operated from day one. Their response was to use warranty of the window and it's been months without hearing from them. Asking for fixing the bad looking trums, somebody came to our house and used his saliva!!! to fix a bad caulking. Of course it didn't change anything. Then comes the spring and I realized all screens are defective and can not prevent mosquitoes. So I have 20 windows that I cannot open without having bugs coming in. It's been months and I haven't heard from NuLook at all.
