Novant Health Urgent Care – Orangeburg (Formerly Doctors Care)

My experience was amazing the two beautiful front desk check in reps and doctor was amazing polite friendly respectful very very professional with their actions and speaking I recommend other to try this service I give them 5 stars and 100% professionalism

Not very busy tempered with not there to fiddle around or waste time. Staff was attentive and efficient. The receptionist may not impress you with happy, cheerful interaction, but she will get you seen and expedite your adventure.They're usually quick but this was remarkable, be patient it will be better. I was in and out with a prescription and treatment plan. 5 stars and I will be back with family and friends. See Ya!

I arrived at the Urgent Care 30 minutes early, so I would be the first one in to get some relief for my out break of poison ivy that had my eye swelling shut. I was the first one through the font door ,filled out the paperwork and showed my insurance card and ID as requested. After waiting 45 minutes and people come in and seeing the doctor I went to the front desk to see while I among two other people were still waiting. I talked politely and told her that I had a 12:00 time for a flight to Alaska. When the clock was heading towards 11:00 , I went back up to the desk and retrieved my paperwork and left. I will never ever go back to that Urgent Care even if I had a severed limb. The young lady behind the desk is unconcerned and should be fired.
