I live in Colorado Springs and just went through a terrifying experience with a Novak construction pickup. It was a young guy driving and tailgating us so close that I could see the scratches in his bumper. Then he passed us and ran a red light at one of the busiest intersections in Colorado. I will never recommend Novak construction to anyone!

I met 3 good gentlemen from this Company. Site superintendents Joe, Wally, and Tyler are hilarious and definitely are good guys. They Managed the construction of Primark in Orlando at the Florida mall. Met them in February of 2023, and they were gone by September.

I would not recommend living at their new development 6 corners lofts, at this time. I’ve been having the same issue in my unit since May 22. It’s September. I’ve been patiently waiting for a solution and nothing yet. Unfortunate because the staff is nice and the building is cute.

This company clearly does not care about anybody’s life. I was driving down I-80 in the right lane in Joliet and one of their drivers almost side swiped me when they decided to pass me in the shoulder doing 90mph. I called the company and was connected to Bill who showed no care or sympathy and hung up on me. Would definitely look for another contractor in the Chicagoland area as this company is both reckless and careless.
