He has went above and beyond in making sure not only did we fully understand the process in getting our roof replaced but also assisting us throughout the insurance process as well. We had great choices on the colors. I can’t say this enough, but we are grateful to have chosen Nova Roof Systems as our contractor. We had 3 different companies come out to look at our roof, and BJ’s knowledge and care towards us as homeowners, stood out. Even without BJ knowing that we had decided to work with his company, he offered to come put some shingles in the areas where some paper was exposed since we were about to have some rain approaching that week. That definitely sealed the deal for us. We appreciated that he kept our communication continuous from start to finish. Now we have a roof that is replaced and looks amazing!
