Drew arrived as scheduled and 2 hours later the old garage door, track, etc was removed and disposed of. The new one (which we love), track, etc was put in very easily. Love how easy it slides up and the handles on the sides as opposed to the old one which was a twist knob in the middle. More light comes in because of the windows that are 3/4 the way up. Very professional and polite. I would recommend Nova Garage Doors to anyone looking for repairs or even replacing their old door(s). Thank you again, Drew.

Shawn answered the phone within 40 minutes of my call for help and we negotiated his arrival for the next day. He was up for the same evening but I wanted him to have family time. He showed up on time and ready to fix the issue. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about the repair. I would call him in a second if we ever have anymore issues in the future. If I had them, I would give him 5 thumbs up but i guess i’m relegated to 5 stars!

The quote was very resonable for what we were receiving so we decided to use them for our Install.
