This shop is always full of interesting eco foods and gifts, I love browsing and the staff are always friendly. I visited recently and purchased some chocolates as a gift, which have since gone missing. I contacted the store on FB and asked whether they had seen any left by the tillpoint. This was a week after I purchased. Dan, whom I believe is the owner, went above and beyond to look into this for me, even looking into whether the camera footage would show me leaving the chocolate behind. He was extremely kind and genuine. It would be easy to brush-off a customer at this busy time of year but he made me feel truly valued. This store exemplifies the value of small businesses.
