I went to the emergency room today, and I’ve never felt so welcomed in my life! Nurse Giovanni greeted me warmly and shared information that helped me feel much more at ease. PA Assistant Moni (I believe that was her title) was incredibly compassionate, professional, and caring. She let me talk about everything that was bothering me without interrupting or judging, and she was such a great listener—it’s clear she truly cares about helping the people who come into the ER. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past with nurses and doctors, even my primary care providers, so this visit really changed things for me. I want to thank the entire staff for being so kind and for their genuine hospitality.

I am currently in Northwest hospital. I’ve been trying to get discharged all day. Everybody has signed off except the cardiologist. I’ve had an echo and I am still here, and my cardiologist that has been assigned to me, has not taken the time to even tell me what my results are. I truly feel that this is an insurance issue. The staff on the second floor is AMAZING. The support staff has been amazing. Whoever this cardiologist is for him to have had my test done for two days and not responded to me. I am hostile right now. I really wanna walk out of this hospital.. I wish I was not Giving a three. I wanted to give a zero. But the staff is amazing. If I don’t have my results tomorrow, I am walking out of here.

I accompanied my fiance to the ED when his aunt was rushed here. Her nurse Kayla was outstanding. Her Compassion, Empathy, and Kindness was so natural. Its obvious that she loves her career and all that it entails in regards to rendering care. Her knowledge and the manner in which she demonstrated patient care was outstanding. In fact as I observed the ED, everyone seemed very focused as they were carrying out their duties. I saw no frowns, just smiles, people working "together" respectfully coupled with interactions that actually lead to the accomplishment of why they came to work in their uniforms and blessed this ED with their presence.

This Hospital is a death sentence; The most recent death was my brother and the hospital gave his personal affects to a random woman and now our grandmothers ashes are missing as well as important documentation from his house. I want a call back from the director and if I need to bring this attention to the local news station I will.
