Youa VangDeceitful and unprofessional. I spoke with Crystal when my 1 year renewal came up. She said in order for me to continue with the termite service, I had to pay for termite bait installation (about $1,500) plus monthly fees ($75). I told her that I bought the house from the builder and they had already paid for the termite bait installation. I bought the house with the termite baits and the first year was paid for. I have the receipt and contract of the service. I shouldn’t have to pay for the bait installation when the builder already paid for it and I bought the house with it as part of the purchase of the home. Furthermore, on the contract renewal and continuation of the termite service was $75 quarterly, not monthly. I asked Crystal for more time because this does not sound right and I need to do some time to consult with my spouse. Shortly after our call, someone from the company came and dug out all the bait without me knowing ahead of time. They did not have permission to be on my property. I spoke with the builder and they said I only need to pay $75 quarterly to continue the service. The information that Crystal gave was incorrect. Based on my experience with Northwest Exterminating, they are really deceitful for lying to me about the renewing the termite service with them. They are also very unprofessional for coming to my property unannounced.
