I have been renting with NUPM for about 5 months now and since the very beginning process of my application, Kayla has been so incredible to work with! She helped me every step of the way while I was applying to take over a lease agreement and has continued to help me with any issues or questions that I have! Every time I go in there to pay rent, she is kind and smiling and always remembers my name, which is so important! Also, if there are ever issues with the unit, she gets them addressed so quickly! Just yesterday I had an issue with a leaking garbage disposal and the very next day, she had Tyler out there replacing it! Also, Tyler was very prompt and was there when he said he would be there. He messaged me when he left so I could get my house locked back up! I HIGHLY recommend renting with this company! They do an incredible job and have some incredible customer service!
