I have had Northern Star Mobile RV Services work on my fifth wheel toy hauler (that is brand new) twice now. Al is very good with communication, and it doesn't take him long at all to locate the issue and fix it. He explains in great detail what went wrong and why. He will also make suggestions on what to do in order for the problem to not return. He is very knowledgeable about all systems in the RV. Hopefully I will not have anymore issues, but its an RV, and I know I will. I also know I won't call anyone else to work on my investment but Northern Star.

If you want horrible service from someone who doesn't tell the truth, this is your guy. If you want incomplete work, and false promises to come back and complete the job, this is your guy. If you want quality and 5 stars, keep scrolling. THIS IS NOT THAT GUY!!!!! He told us that the problems with our rv were bad an he was going to make the manufacturer correct them. Every time I would speak to the manufacturer, after not hearing from this guy, I was told that he stated there was no problem or that I was satisfied with what was done. The last item was a door issue that he was going to reschedule to do in the morning. He has ghosted us and told the manufacturer that the door is working properly even though the door will not shut during the day and is crooked, gouging the frame every time it does open and close. This guy is a one and done and if you have issues, you will never hear from them again.

Had a washer and dryer installed with venting in my newer Reflection by Grand Design ( 5th wheel) and also had a toilet installed in my older Coachman Chappell. Northern Star did an amazing job with both projects. They will surely be my go to if needed in the future!

I would strongly recommend this company. I called with a power outage at 9:00 am on a Sunday. I was surprised that he answered at that day and time, and completely shocked when he said that he would be there within the hour. The problem was resolved, the price was fair, and the service was outstanding! If you have an rv issue, this is who you should call!
