Coree AllenI had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
Mr. PrivateKintex Plumbing of Tampa were going to get paid by my home warranty company for a water heater replacement. But in addition, Kintex tried to charge me the same amount for so called "modifications". Kintex is a Greedy company that tried to get compensated twice. Stay Away !! Update To Response : Warranty company confirmed that they pay all fees except for "modification" fees. Excessive modification fees to simply install a matching water heater is totally unacceptable...

My service was for a "stoppage", I chose what was closest to my issue, but I noted that the problem was water bubbling in kitchen and toilets when water was draining in other areas of the house. From the moment the technician arrived he was abrasive and rude. He flushed a toilet, walked around the outside perimeter of my home and said he couldn't help me. He advised me that I would have to call another company to address my problem and he thought it might be clogged vents. He refused to try and see if there was a clog elsewhere or do any other work. Considering he was wearing nice jeans, a nice tshirt and was worried more about the grass that got on his shoe than listening to my concerns I'm not surprised he didn't want to inspect the cleanouts (we have 3) under the house. After speaking to his mgr he told me he was going outside to make a call to my warranty company. He got into his van and drove away. Awesome service! I will make sure to tell my friends.
Eric FormicoContracted through America Home Shield Warranty (another terrible company). Utterly worthless. It took them two days to dispatch a plumber. He showed up in his personal vehicle. By then the clog had partially cleared. I explained what the previous plumber found and the remedy that was needed (full clean out). The plumber flushed the toilet a few times while looking at the cleanout. The toilet backed up but slowly cleared. He declared that since it wasn't a "full stoppage" there was nothing he could do. I asked him to remove the toilet and snake to the cleanout. He said he wasn't authorized to remove the toilet. Huh? A plumber who can't remove a toilet? This company is a joke.
