I am revising my original post as I was unaware of the flood of new patients seeking a family doctor who had come into the pharmacy side mistakenly. There simply was not enough staff to attend to the onrush of "new" patients and I can now see the overwhelming of the onsite staff that had taken place. When I returned a couple of days later, they were most kind to provide me with a new patient form as I too am looking for a new doctor. I am not deleting my original post as is my practice during reviews however I hope this addendum helps clear up any misunderstanding and I will continue to do business at the pharmacy at Northcrest mall. "I have no idea where to stand or who to talk to and the three girls who seem to be doing nothing didn't even look at me or speak with me. I don't understand how they continue to do business."

They're kind people but if you want my honest opinion, here it is. If you're getting a prescription from this clinic, you NEED to tell them to include your medical condition/diagnosis on it otherwise your insurance company will reject your claim. I had preemptively requested the team to do this but I had been assured that the claim would go through even without the medical condition stated on it. It didn't. I had to spend even more time compiling all my documentation and I had to rebook an appointment trying to fix this issue and to get another prescription. :( Not worth all of this hassle. *This is in regards to the Clinic, not the Pharmacy*

As a pharmacy, i will not be returning. Poor service, poor customer service. Rude employees and strong language barrier. There is plenty of pharmacies in Peterborough that are appreciative of business/customers.
