This was my first time going here and they were really good! When I arrived, two mechanics came over and looked at my car issues (weird noises) right away in the parking lot before it even entered their shop. When it went to the shop to be fully diagnosed and fixed, they were really quick and accommodated my schedule. I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and got the car back this morning (had the alternator replaced). The part was expensive unfortunately, but their charge for labour was very reasonable. They were friendly and good communicators.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your shop. After an oil change was performed here (its first time) I noticed an oil leak underneath my vehicle shortly afterward. I promptly returned to this shop for a follow-up inspection. I was then informed that a- specifically, the oil cap part- had been bent due to “overuse” and that the entire component needed to be replaced, costing me $438. This explanation does not make sense to me, as I have never experienced any oil leakage prior to the oil change service at the other shop. It is highly likely that the part was either over-tightened or improper tools were used during the service, resulting in the damage. Such an issue should not arise immediately after a routine oil change if the work was carried out correctly. I believe the responsibility for the damage lies with your team, and it is unacceptable to shift the blame onto the customer with an unreasonable justification. I urge you to properly train your mechanics to prevent such incidents in the future and to take accountability when mistakes are made. I respectfully request a review of this situation and appropriate compensation for the unnecessary expense I incurred.

Best service and value I have ever. I broke a bolt into my intake manifold. A guy from front desk just explained to me what happened. Even they are busy, the nice guy just helps me pull it out in few minutes. Also! They give me back the money I gave. I was shocked!!!! What a nice guys in that shop. 100% recommended!!!!!!!

Sabi and his team are busy!! These guys work around the clock to make sure they finish your car on time. I’ve brought my car here 3 times now. Always fair prices and always very honest about the work they do. I recently moved in the area and will definitely make this my go to shop going forward. My first visit was for a clutch master and slave cylinder and after diagnosing they completed it within 1 business day. My second and third visit were related to a fuel pump and fuel filter. Sabi and his team made sure to double check all components were working before handing the vehicle back to me. Really happy with the service these guys provide!
