Jeff and his team were awesome throughout the process. We had gotten his winning bid to replace our roof but had hoped to wait until warm spring weather. Recent major windstorms took many shingles with them, which meant a quick response was needed. Jeff was able to fit us in the next week while we still had unusually warm weather! The process was smooth, and Jeff's communication was great. Highly recommend!

From the quote process to the completed project, working with Jeff was a pleasure. He is patient, understanding, respectful, unassuming, humble, thorough and open to suggestion. He's a walking encyclopedia of information and intends/attempts to teach what you need to know to assist you in making the best, most optimal decision about your project. He does what he says and you never have to wonder about the status of the quote, including changes, or the project as it is commenced completed. Phone, text, email, all the above - whatever you need. He anticipates in advance, "reads the room," and reacts accordingly. If asked, "would I hire him again," the answer is absolutely! In other words, from a Customer Service & Project Management perspective, he gets it! Thanks Jeff, Megan and crew - I appreciate the work!! We selected North Peak, out of 5 total contractors selected to quote, based on 3 criteria; 1) Local to Douglas County, 2) 4.8 score on total reviews (at least 50 reviews), 3) Certified Malarkey Pro / trained contractor. North Peak is a certified Malarkey contractor and is able to write/register a Certified Pro Warranty, which is a step above the usual manufacturers warranty.

Jeff and his crew were awesome from start to finish, starting with Jeff's initial estimate that was actually thousands less than I expected with no upsell tactics involved. The crew showed up ready to go and had the roof done in an afternoon while coordinating with Skylight Magic who was installing the new skylights at the same time. The coordination was seamless. Jeff came back to follow up that everything was up to my satisfaction and I couldn't be happier... the roof looks great, we got a discount from our insurance, and there was no debris on the ground after that indicated that anything was done. The inspection passed with ease and we have a beautiful new roof. Thanks Jeff and Meg!
