I found this company on yelp and had hoped for a great experience based on their reviews however that was not the case. The person who answers the phone is obviously reading from a script and has zero personality. Very hard to communicate with. Once you get to the "supervisor", I wish I could say it gets better but it doesn't. They dont follow directions or sound competent. Im not sure who is in charge of training but Jake and Rudy need it badly. Please work on your customer service skills and communication. I represented a paying customer and Rudy lost our business by trying to argue with me about his lack of communication. Buyer beware.

I recently had my roof maintenance work done by North City Roofing. I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Rudy was super easy to work with and always answered my questions in very detailed and patient manner. The team was punctual, courteous, and get the job done efficiently. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the cleanup afterward was spotless.

I live in the Santa Cruz Mountains. It was in between rain storms and I had a chimney sweep inspect and clean the wood stove, pipes and screen on the roof. The Chimney sweep informed me that the ridge line of my roof had significant damage and there was a hole or crack that went through the roof into the upstairs room. Knowing there was going to be a big storm the following day, I was panicking. I contacted three different roofing companies. Within minutes Rudy Mcgraw of North City Roofing contacted me and asked for a description. He immediately sent an employee prepared to examine and cover or patch the damage. With in a few hours the work was completed. Wow! Rudy McGraw communicated clearly through the entire process. The workmanship was outstanding! I’m so thankful for the swift response and assistance! I highly recommend North City Roofing, they went over and above my expectations!
