UPDATE See the response about having my deposit? That is a lie. I have NOT received my deposit and it has been over three months since I moved out. Currently joining the ranks of those who have had their security deposit disappear. Dodge, deflect, disappear. If you are also a victim please contact me to see about doing a class action together. I rented an office space from them and they never bothered to shovel the sidewalks...which quickly turned to thick ice. In the summer the grass and weeds grew over a foot high before any mowing occurred. I have plenty of photos as proof of their negligence. Not only that, but the breaker box for my space was locked in another apartment...an inconvenience and a fire hazard.

We were the last tenants of a property, they are currently tearing down the house we rented from North Bay. We did not receive any of our deposit back. I will pursue legal action if they do not comply. During our time in this property we had a reoccurring rodent issue with both squirrels and mice. They were avoidant of all pest reports and did not follow up to many of our requests. We did not have access to our heating and when the downstairs tenants moved out they shut off the heat to our entire house. Many days were below 60 degrees in the house in the winter.

Our ceiling has been leaking every time it rains since JUNE (it is currently late October) and we have contacted North Bay DOZENS of times about the issue. At first, the customer service individuals said that there was nothing they could do except tell us to submit a maintenance request, which we had already done multiple times with no response. Each time we can actually get in contact with someone, they say they will have a meeting about next steps, but they have been saying this with no progress since August. Me and my roommates are students, and they have not been treating us correctly whatsoever. There is most likely mold from all of the water, and once winter comes, we are anticipating our roof/ceiling to collapse.

They will give you charges for move out that make completely no sense. They said my keys were never returned when I moved out, they weren’t even in office so i had to leave them in the mailbox. I provided them with a time and date they can check their cameras for my drop off back in 8/2023. NO RESPONSE! I was working with someone from the office as they have severely incorrectly charged me for my move out and he stopped responding. Phone lines are borderline useless as they wont answer then email is completely useless they also will not answer!!! Do not rent from here you will be treated poorly. I have to return to court as they are interfering with my future housing because they still haven’t corrected things from almost 2 years ago!!!
