I had such a great experience at Noor Dental! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Seebil at the front desk, who was so kind, professional, and helpful in making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Amneet, the hygienist, was wonderful gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She made my cleaning so comfortable and explained every step along the way, which really put me at ease. Dr. Hamsa was absolutely amazing patient, attentive, and very thorough. Sh explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. You can really tell when she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The whole team at Noor Dental creates such a welcoming and professional environment. I truly felt well taken care of and left with a big smile. I highly recommend Noor Dental, Dr. Hamsa, and Seebil to anyone looking for excellent dental care and outstanding service!

It is unfortunate that the way the clinic is run in a dishonest manner. They will use all of your insurance in one appointment then lie to your face. Please take the time to read before choosing to come here. Since going into University I am no longer applicable for government coverage and use my school insurance. My first cleaning and checkup using this insurance, I trusted that they would be honest with what I was charged. I am fully aware my insurance covers only 80% and was ready to pay the difference. Until they hit me with a fee of ~$130, still I TRUSTED them and paid. Went onto my insurance claims report and saw they charged my school insurance $355. From insurance and copay fees they charged me almost $500 dollars, and it clicked that something was not right. I went back and asked what was going on, they stood in my face and told me your insurance is not good and that the fees charged onto insurance are MANDATORY guideline fees by the ODA. It takes one look at the ODA and insurance websites to see that these fees are SUGGESTED!!! NOT mandatory. By the way, they only charge patients who choose not to go through insurance $150. They literally drained my insurance and still made me pay essentially the same price as out of pocket rates. My family and I have been going to this dentist for years. I spent thousands of dollars on orthodontal work for myself. You would think that a loyal patient would be treated with honesty and consideration, nope. I do want to mention the hygienist at this location is amazing I do not know her name but she is super sweet and passionate about her work. If it wasn't for the horrible treatment at this clinic, I would return just for her.

This was my third visit , and just like before, it was an excellent experience. The clinic is always very clean and well-organized, which makes you feel at ease right away. Dr. Oras is outstanding—kind, skilled, and communicates everything so clearly. Her assistants, Samar and Maureen, are incredibly warm and professional. From the moment you sit in the chair, they make you feel truly cared for. What really stood out to me is how attentive they are to your comfort. Throughout the procedure, they keep checking in every few minutes asking, “Are you okay? Do you feel any pain or discomfort?” It really makes a difference knowing they’re always focused on how you feel. And even though they’re wearing masks, you can still feel their smiles through their eyes and their gentle attitude. I highly recommend Noor Dental to anyone looking for not just quality care, but a genuinely human and kind experience.

I am very disappointed to be writing this as me and my entire family have been coming here for years. I am writing this on behalf of my mother as she does not know how to properly use a computer. On September 30th my mother took my little sister (11 years old) to get her tooth removed. From the DENTIST'S actions it seemed like she was in a hurry to go home since the clinic was almost closing so she rushed removing my little sisters tooth. On top of this she did not take into consideration that my sister is a CHILD and of course will cry and be scared of PLIERS going into her teeth. As a medical professional, it is your job to see that a patient is in distress and provide some sort of consolidation to calm them down to make the treatment easier for them. But instead, she proceeds to jam everything in a hurry into my sisters teeth (anesthesia needle and pliers) without taking into consideration that my little sister is having a PANIC attack. After removing her tooth the DENTIST proceeds to throw in her face that she was being dramatic and called her a "drama queen". From another person who works in healthcare and any person with common sense knows this is unprofessional because it shows a lack of respect and empathy, undermines trust, and fails to meet the communication standards expected in healthcare. After my mother called her out the dentist starts getting verbally aggressive and demanding that my mom "show her respect". After my mother and little sister gathered their things to leave the receptionists did not help by all joining together to speak in their own language about the situation. I also speak multiple languages and it is also common sense that speaking in another language in front of the patient is VERY unprofessional. I already called the clinic and requested that our file is removed from their system because we will be finding a more PROFESSIONAL clinic.
