Urban Bark is a great facility. As a new puppy owner they take the time to answer my questions. Ive been bringing in my puppy on a daily basis. As a puppy she has a lot of energy and when I bring her home, she is exhausted. They take her for a 30 minute walk for me giving her the exercise that she needs. She has exposure to being around may types of dogs (all ages and breeds) and that has helped her to interact with all types of dogs without being afraid or aggressive. The staff is very friendly and understanding. They understand that my puppy being so young still has excitement pees and the occasional accident. They have never made me feel bad about it and even though I offer to clean it up (if it's done when Im dropping or picking her up) they have never let me as they understand its an accident and she will grow out of it. They offer so many services aside from dog walking and day care and I am so grateful to have been introduced to them from a friend of mine that also takes their dog to them. I highly recommend Urban Bark to anyone looking for a place to take their dog (of any age). Im sure you will be as pleased with them as I have been and to continue to be.

I brought my dog Georgi in person for a grooming consultation before the appointment. I was told he would just get short cut. However, when I came back to pick him up, he was completely shaved with no prior warning or communication. When I picked him up, I noticed what appeared to be small cuts or injuries on the tips of his ears. He was also visibly uncomfortable—shaking, scratching his ears, and acting anxious, which is very unusual for him. It’s very upsetting to see my dog in pain after what should have been a routine grooming session. I understand accidents can happen, but I would expect more care and attention, especially when working around such sensitive areas. I hope the staff takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals in their care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible team at Urban Bark! I bring my dog Archie here for grooming and recently he had his first Birthday Paw-ty here. Yesterday was his first time boarding but the moment I dropped him off, I felt such comfort knowing he was in the best hands. Throughout the day, Julianna went above and beyond, sending me thoughtful updates, adorable pictures, and little notes that completely put my mind at ease. I could see from every photo and every message just how much love, attention, and genuine care she gave him.💕 It’s rare to find a place where you can feel 100% confident your fur-baby is not only safe but truly cherished. I always miss my pup when I’m away and can’t wait to pick him up but this time I’m letting him spend the rest of the day there seeing how happy and clearly adored he is . Julianna caring for Archie made it feel like she was another one of his loving aunties!💕 I’m beyond grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and the warmth she showed both to Archie and to me. To the dream team at Urban Bark, thank you for treating my pup like the precious soul he is, this has been a beautiful experience for us both, you have a forever client in me! 💕🐾

I can’t thank the team at Urban Bark enough for the beautiful birthday party they threw for my dog, Archie. It meant so much to see how loved and celebrated my pup was—it truly warmed my heart. 🩵 The little details, the joy, and the care they put into it all were beyond anything I expected.
