Our driver, Joshua, was outstanding! He made sure we were all comfortably seated, then took care of getting our luggage settled in the back (we were on our way to the Port of New Orleans for a cruise). He was courteous and kind, extremely professional and personable. We enjoyed our ride to the Port almost as much as our cruise! Upon arrival at our destination, Joshua stayed until he was certain we were properly taken care of by the cruise line and our luggage dropped off at the correct location. Going above and beyond to take care of those in his care, Joshua is certainly an asset to NOLA Black Car services!
