When I found a tiny kitten, whom I named Figaro, I rushed him to their clinic without an appointment to check his health and estimate his age. The staff welcomed me with open arms, and I was blown away by their compassion and genuine care for my new baby boy. They determined Figaro was about 6 weeks old and weighed 1.2 lbs, and they didn’t even charge me for that initial visit—what a kind gesture! We came in after rescuing a sick kitten. The staff created a comfortable setting for both the kitten and myself. The doctor took her time doing the exam. She also helped us get comfortable with our new kitten while also educating us on how to care for her. We love the front office as well, they are very attentive, warm and welcoming.
