I had a great first experience at this dental practice! The office is incredibly spacious, and the dentists are highly qualified. The staff was outstanding—from the friendly receptionist to the lady who assisted with my x-rays, and the hygienist and her assistant who did my cleaning. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and made the visit comfortable. Parking can be a little tricky at first, but they do have additional parking available across the street at the liquor store, which is super convenient once you see the sign at the entrance. The office is much larger than it seems from the outside, and they’re currently renovating, so I’m excited to see the updates during my next visit. I’d definitely recommend this practice and look forward to returning!

First time I ever walked out of a medical office. Total loss of trust. They did not disclose on a prior visit that I would have a deep cleaning. This time, they had not told me I would get x-rays (had two sets taken, there, just a couple weeks prior). Adding a star back in as my normal cleaning experience with the hygienist was pleasant and quick and wonderful. But to be surprised twice in three visits is just too much. Convenient location, tricky parking.
