As an auto technician, I rarely deal with dealerships. However, when we purchased a used Nissan Leaf from another vendor, the battery failed a couple of weeks later. Since it was still under warranty, I took the car to Nissan Granby. They promptly took care of everything. They rented a car for us to use while we waited for the parts, and they even washed the car while it was there. The ladies at the service desk are easy to reach and always serving us with a great attitude and smile. The service was excellent. When I picked up the car a couple of months later, I was still impressed with the wash they had done. They went above and beyond by replacing the brakes on all four wheels, free of charge. Since it had been sitting there for many months, they wanted to ensure that I had a fully operational car upon delivery. I really appreciate that I know only a few garages that would replace brakes on four wheels after warranty work, and Nissan Granby is one of them. I am truly satisfied with the services they provided and highly recommend them. They even gave us a small credit on the wash, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was an impressive experience that exceeded my expectations.

My experience at Nissan Granby was quite brief but memorable non the less. Although I didn’t end up buying a vehicle (Not because of the team) I left there knowing that I could go back at anytime and be served with a smile and respect. The sales person that took care of us was named Antonio, and his approach and professionalism was beyond amazing. The vibe of that place with all the salespeople was something I have never experienced before. You can tell that the company culture values team work and customer service as a top priority! All that to say, I recommend this place and the next time I will be looking for a car, it’s a no brainer to make my way to Granby Nissan!!

I haven't been there for a while but a shout out to Jennifer Roberge. She took very good care of me. The rest of the service is fine. But the price per hour is extremely expensive. I got my transmission done there and wow. But again Jennifer Roberge great super service she gave me.
