Disappointing Experience – Make Sure Everything Is in Writing Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this immigration lawyer. All of our communications were over the phone — nothing was documented via email. She made a promise during a phone call and later denied ever saying it, refusing to take responsibility. One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was the complete lack of accountability. She didn’t even monitor important documents coming from the court. I had to track the status of my case through the Federal Court website myself and inform her — only then would she follow up. This was extremely surprising and unprofessional in my opinion. After waiting for almost a year and receiving multiple empty promises, I was forced to dismiss my case. I also believe many of the five-star reviews for her appear to be fake, as they do not reflect the reality I experienced. If you’re planning to work with her, I strongly recommend keeping a written record of every single communication and not relying on verbal agreements.

At all shies behaviour and responsibility is shies specification ; doing the best try to got resolve is great and attempts for work with good quality of profiles for not accepting whole guys for getting money is appreciated ( she using from pre check documents before contracts to see this claim can become successful or isn’t strong and needed resubmit); as we did whole of this years to prevent the extra judicial review and forbidding our community to waste their money or cost; I like she’s kindness and professional behaviour and i know him as a person not just as she’s work activities; I recommend her for academic guys and who need pure help without wasting money or time; all the best

I had the privilege of working with Ms. Taghavi on my study permit, she managed to win my case on the first attempt. Besides ,she herself, and the rest of her group are really understanding and helpful. It’s noteworthy to say, she is the most scrupulous lawyer I have ever come across on the path of immigration.
