I was referred to Nikolai by my husband when I was starting to have constant aches and pains. I was nervous as I typically don't prefer male massage therapists, however I couldn't deny the level of expertise that Nikolai seemed to have in a variety of techniques listed on his website. When I arrived, I was instantly made to feel comfortable in the environment and in what the process would be like. I have never had such effective and informative sessions before. Nikolai takes the time to really educate you about the body and how you can improve your range of motion and quality of life in a realistic way. The sessions are hyper focused on the issues you are experiencing and I always walk away feeling relieved of immediate knots and tension. He provides specific stretching routines and makes sure you have the form down before leaving his studio, so you have a path forward towards permanent relief. I highly recommend booking a session!
