Henry LeEmployees were not attentive. Be focused on phone more than customers. Only me as customer in store and no one bother to ask what I need. I reached out to a lady and she just said they don’t have any size of that specific model. Later on I checked online and it can be found in stock in here. That’s hilarious. What the point of opening and running a store like this.

AVisiting this store left a sour taste in my mouth for the brand. Been buying Carhartt WIP for years from other retailers prior to this location opening. What a waste of money for the brand. I spent over 20 minutes in the store and was planning to buy an entire outfit for a night out in Toronto. I ended up leaving. Associates didn’t speak to me once, all crowded behind the cash register chatting. Premium location in Toronto, operated by a bad team with terrible customer experience. They don’t care about you. Do not spend your hard earned money here. Don’t let the high reviews hide the real truth behind how horrific this location is. I write genuine and great reviews for businesses that deserve it. And I write low reviews for the businesses that don’t care about you, the customer. I attached my 2025 review recap from all the reviews I make. Hoping this review finds you well.
